Please Note: The CounterWave Countertop System does not include a filtration stage that acts as a barrier to bacteria. If bacterial contamination is a concern, we recommend considering one of our under-counter filtration systems that includes advanced bacterial protection for added safety.

Maintenance Recommendations:

• Filter Replacement: Every 3–6 months, depending on water quality and usage. Replace sooner if flow decreases or taste/odor returns.

• Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth weekly to prevent dust buildup.

• Internal Cleaning: When changing filters, flush the housing with clean water and mild soap to remove any buildup.

• Do Not Use With: Hot water or water above 45°C, as this may damage internal components.

• Storage: If not used for an extended period, remove the filter, flush the system, and allow it to dry completely before storing.
